Seit 2022 ist ein Assoziierungsabkommen unter Horizon Europe mit der Ukraine in Kraft. Die Assoziierungsabkommen bieten die Möglichkeit, verschiedenen Drittstaaten Unterstützung aus dem Forschungsrahmenprogramm zu geben. Diese Bemühungen sollen aus unserer Sicht intensiviert werden, um die Ukraine in jeder Hinsicht zu unterstützen.

SFP has actively and commendably worked in and monitored the ITRE committee over the years. We plan to ensure our voice in the ITRE and other parliamentary committees, as well as in the STOA panel, through proactive participation and emphasizing Finland’s expertise in areas like cleantech and digital networks. By promoting gender equality and diversity, the party aims to strengthen its influence and build coalitions within the committees. We also focus on fostering Nordic cooperation to advocate for shared interests and support significant investments in research and innovation. These strategies aim to secure an influential presence in EU decision-making bodies, ensuring that Finnish perspectives are well-represented.
