This position paper presents ISE’s response to the European Commission’s “Call for Evidence for an Impact Assessment” on the future of Treaty-based European Partnerships. It sets out nine recommendations aimed at improving openness, accessibility and impact while preserving long-term sectoral expertise, autonomy and stable cooperation.
